Impressions Tour (Article)

The 2014 Impressions Tour converges social media, music, and lifestyle into a brand that measures the potential of emerging stars. Xavier students have the chance to make entertainment history when the tour hits campus Oct. 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the UC yard. Indie artists Cash Paid, Dre Butterz, Camden Premo, John Born, DJ Keyz Da Don, and Alvester Martin will meet and greet fans. The tour will host a free concert that evening from 6-8 at Dillard.

The artists are on a national tour promoting their music and Social Light program that focuses on worthy causes like texting and driving prevention, cyber bullying deterrence, and education through technology.

   The tour’s goal is to make 30 million impressions in 30 days, across 13 major U.S. cities.According to Tour Manager/Producer Carrington Bester, “The Impressions Tour stands to revolutionize the ways in which media, entertainment, commerce and society will interact for generations to come…NO PRESSURE!”
